The first contact was a phone screening. Then following that I was brought in for a panel interview. After the interview process I was called and also given an offer letter. I then gave my 2 week notice and accepted.
Overall great process and I really liked how thorough they were.

Entrevista
Objective and realistic. I gave a presentation of my past and present work. Received several questions from the audience, made from other scientists, postdocs, PhD students and of course the PIs of the institute. Subsequently I was presented with several potential projects that I could get involved with and/or lead.
