I went through an unnecessarily long and drawn-out interview process with multiple rounds, an in-person visit, and assignments they asked me to complete. Despite the amount of time and effort they required, their communication was slow and careless. It took over a week after my final interview just to be told I was not selected after a couple months of this This process felt disorganized, inconsiderate, and honestly disrespectful of candidates’ time. I would encourage future candidates to be aware of what they’re signing up for.
