I applied after attending my school career fair. I was contacted for a phone interview in two weeks. I emailed the HR asking what will be the interview questions but didn't get any response. During the phone interview, I was asked to write a code about how to convert hex to decimal. I was informed to move forward to the final interview after two weeks. (I think they call it a college day) . There are three rounds of interview. The first round was technical questions, second round was going through my resume and third round was technical questions again. I was really surprised I did not get asked any leetcode questions which I really respect that. Interviews are really focused on how well you understand the thing you learned from college and what have you contributed so far in school or outside of school. Compare to other companies, I can say really enjoy the interview process.
