Hughes Network was at my school's career fair. There I met with company representatives. They were friendly and receptive. I interviewed on my school's campus with one of their senior engineers, the very next day. It was about a thirty minute interview mostly about technical concepts and problem solving. It was a balanced interview. Then the HR emailed to set up a telephone. It went well.
