      I am writing to express my confusion regarding the outcome. During our conversation, the team explicitly stated that I am exactly the type of candidate you are looking for, particularly after reviewing my work on OptimumERP. To receive a generic, system-generated rejection immediately following such strong verbal validation is highly contradictory and unprofessional. If the interview was merely a formality or if internal factors dictated this outcome regardless of merit, transparency would have been appreciated. I expect a higher standard of communication from your organization and would welcome an actual explanation for this discrepancy.
