Interview process was divided into three phases 1)face to face interview:- face to face interview to check communication skills and knowledge about the field 2)presentation round:- had to make a presentation on a certain industry citing its growth opportunities, human capital requirements etc 3)hr interview: interview with hr head for in depth analysis.
