Entrevista
Firstly a brief presentation of the candidate with a ppt, then a series of questions from the examinators. The questions focused on soft skills, technical aspects and theoretical problems. After that, there was a second interview on site. In this second interview I met the members of the division, talking with each one.

How would you design an automated line to transport a vial inside an incubator?
Avrebbero dovuto rispondermi entro una settimana dopo il mio ultimo colloquio, ma non l’hanno fatto. Ho inviato un’email di follow-up e mi hanno risposto solo tre settimane dopo, con un rifiuto automatico, nemmeno personale.

Entrevista
Colloquio abbastanza interessante. Non comunicano l'esito della selezione se negativa. Il tempo speso ad applicare per una posizione dovrebbe essere uguale a quello speso per mandare un'email in cui si comunica l'esito di un colloquio anche se negativo.
