the process was ok but very very long. Get EXACT details of what you will be doing and what your responsibilities will be. Make sure you know what you are expected to do and how they want it done. Humana is not looking for people who work outside the box.

Human Resources pre-screening and Manager interview. Both were the same week and easy. Humana uses the STAR Method for their interviews but at the same time very friendly and basic questions.

Quick interview process. 3 rounds pretty standard questions second round was with stakeholders that I would be working with. I think it varies team to team depending on manager though

Entrevista
It was a recruiter interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. It was a virtual interview and I ended up getting the job. It was a pretty good job. Great boss.
