On the spot interviews. First you meet with two supervisors who will ask scenerio based questions. And other customer service related questions and prior job experience. Then if you passed that portion you will meet with two managers and they will look intimidating but the question can be very informal.

Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
