It has been over 4 years since i interviewed so i dont remember all the details. the interview took about an hour and it was not difficult. The the interviewers were supervisors and they were very friendly. They asked the standard interview questions that most companies ask when interviewing.
Fairly Easy I enjoyed the interview process at first I was nervous but once my first question was asked it was smooth and relaxing the questions were not difficult to answer

I applied for a position with Humana 3 times. All three I was denied for lack of experience. When I have over 8 years experience in customer service. They might not actually job opening right now. Despite them constantly updating and posting jobs on career sites. Just save yourself the time and not apply.
Great it was easy and informative I learned a lot more about the company . They asked some star interview questions , they also asked me about myself and work experience
