I was initially contacted by email to schedule a phone interview. The individual conducting my phone interview actually called about 30 mins late which threw off my schedule for the day. The questions were typical behavioral questions for an interview, nothing too out of the ordinary or difficult. I was told at the end of the phone interview that it went well and the next step was to set up a video interview. I set up a time for my video interview online. The app for the video interview was easy to use. This time, I was interviewed by another Personal Health Coach. Again, no questions that were too out of the ordinary or difficult. I was told that I would hear something within a week. The person that I interviewed with was very friendly and professional. I received a call the next morning with a job offer. They told me I had to accept or decline the offer by 5 pm. They were not very flexible on extending the offer another 24 hours, which I did not think was enough time to decide. Ultimately I had an offer from another company on the table that I chose. Overall I thought the interview process was very professional, timely, and went very smoothly.

Three phase process: 1) automated call-in questionnaire (a bit awkward, zero feedback as it's automated, standard interview questions). 2) 1st 'live' phone interview - more basic interview questions along with a few job specific questions. Three people conducting interview - some follow up questions that were 'unscripted' - easier to hear feedback (though, as it's an interview, little is given at the time). 3) 2nd 'live' phone interview - Scenario style interview questions. Most specific to job, some more broad based.
