Entrevista
The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is.
Great interview process. Very nice and laid back managers. I felt very comfortable talking with them and asking questions. They didn’t make me feel nervous or anything and they got back with me super quick.

Entrevista
The interview was a video interview with 4 supervisors, very pleasant and casual. The interview lasted about an hour. They were thorough in covering metrics and "day-in-the-life". Expectations are reasonable and attainable.

Entrevista
Telephone text screen, then interview with multiple people. There were about 6 people on a call and more than half of them were late. Several seemed arrogant and too unprofessional to be a part of an interview panel. It was a waste of my time.
Perhaps, if you are intimidated by a candidate’s experience, do not waste their time selecting for an interview.
