Entrevista
Initial contact was via an email, asking to schedule a phone interview. Did not apply for the job, so it appears they picked up my info from another job I had applied earlier in the year. After phone interview, was scheduled for the Montage video conference interview. Questions where based on scenarios you need to explain in detail: the circumstances, your interventions and end result.
I was called with an offer within an hour of the video interview.

Entrevista
The process included the Montage interviewing system, with two of the immediate supervisors for position. They were both extremely friendly and professional. The questions were situational and followed the format of problem, intervention, and outcome. They have additional candidates to interview, so there was no offer provided.

Entrevista
The interview was virtual and of average difficulty. The interviewer was not forthcoming about what job actually turned out to be. The emphasis of metrics over members was downplayed susbstantially.

Entrevista
The process started out with a 5-10 minute automated interview where each question had a preset time limit. In the weeks that followed, I had a formal phone screening with an HR recruiter, a 1 hour video conference with a panel of 3 different leaders from the team. Lastly, a written sample was required. Once an offer was made and accepted, a background check and drug screening was required.
