The process was disorganized with little to no communication between rounds. We were ill informed on how the rounds were conducted including the first round which consisted of a video submission/interview. I was taken aback that the team decided to push out decisions regarding this first round on a weekend when the team was out of the office and could not be contacted regarding feedback. These decisions were made after candidates were notified about following rounds seemingly indicating from all communications that they were selected only for that not to be the case. Whether this was just poor planning or just a complete oversight I do know not but led to a fair amount of confusion and distress thinking I was selected when in reality was not.
