I was hired in through a temporaty placement agency, so I didn't have a interview. I was simply assigned to work at my location on a 90 day contract. I was offered a full time permanent positiion after about 45 days employed.

Phone interview with HR Recruiter. Video conference interview with hiring manager. Phone interview with hiring manager and hiring manager's supervisor. Questions were of average difficulty. This website was very helpful in preparing me for the interview. Definitely practice before the interviews and have a good understanding of the job description and how your skills meet and exceed the expectations of the job.
