HR contacts you first to ask a series of interview questions. Then I met with the DIrector/Manager for additional questions. Questions were what I expected since I had interviewed in the past by the same manager. Tell about situations where you did something good/bad, etc.

What strengths and weakness's do you have and what can you bring to the table.
The hiring process moved very quickly. I was reached out to by the recruiter a few days after applying, and I had an interview within two weeks. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Phone interview with HR Recruiter. Video conference interview with hiring manager. Phone interview with hiring manager and hiring manager's supervisor. Questions were of average difficulty. This website was very helpful in preparing me for the interview. Definitely practice before the interviews and have a good understanding of the job description and how your skills meet and exceed the expectations of the job.
