Got an interview about 4 weeks after I applied, and received a second interview about 3 weeks after that. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks and after following up multiple times over 4 weeks I was told I didn't get the job. If I didn't keep following up every week, I'm confident I never would've heard back. It's very unprofessional after devoting so much of my time to the interview process, to not even have the decency to send an email stating they moved forward with other candidates.
