Stage one: Phone interview with HR manager. General questions about current job, previous job. General questions about experience. Stage two: In person interview with HR Manager and two senior developers. More technical questions about current experience and qualifications. Other general question about how you work. Stage three: Technical interview. Use Visual Studios and MVC to develop a small website based on a scenario related to the business. It's a 1.5 hour test but you are allowed to have more time if you want it.
