Poor communication with candidates. Attended a Zoom interview and no one from the organization attended. Only when I communicated with recruiter about the "no show" interviewer was I told the position was filled. Common decency dictates that a candidate showing up for an interview be told in advance that the position is filled. Overall very poor experience
