I responded to a posting on Indeed and then got in touch with a Managing Director at the office through LinkedIn who forwarded my resume to the people in charge of hiring. I received a phone call for a phone interview and then an in-person interview was scheduled. The in-person interview consisted of questions with 4 people as well as a simple Excel test, a legal analysis exercise, and going over financial statements. They were a bit disorganized but overall it was a reasonable interview.
