The Inteview process was rather extensive, but very beneficial. Since Calgary's branch is smaller then some of the other Hunt branches through out Calgary I was able to meet most of the people who worked in the office through this process. First off, I was interviewed by the employee who is currently the head of the Direct Hire department. I had a good hour interview with that manager. I then was called back in to have a second interview with the principal of the company. This was an hour and a half interview and was very comfortable. After this interview I had to wait about another week for them to make their decision. I was called in for a third time to meet the rest of the staff and get a better understanding of the day to day operations of the staffing company. Within a week after this meeting I had reviewed and signed the job offer.
