Applied they sent me a video interview where you have to answer basic call center question and than a phone interview which told you about the different positions they was hiring for and than they set you up with an interview which ask you the same questions you answer in the video interview

Great training with lots of knowledge. Holidays paid time off was nice. People seemed to care about each other. Have to be able to multi task and work well under pressure

Pretty laid back. I was comfortable thw whole time. The manager was so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions and didn’t let me walk out without explaining thoroughly.
