Multiple rounds of video interviews. While each was with different members of the team, the questions were largely the same. After going through 4 rounds within an 8 day period, the entire company as well as the recruiter went completely dark. I reached out multiple times for follow up or even a rejection but could not get any response at all. Honestly the worst interview experience of my life.

Phone interview with human resources recruiter then department interview. Met with hiring manager and then worked with human resources recruiter to follow up. Being knowable about the company and why you want to work there is a plus.
