It is incredibly hard to get an interview unless you know someone, or go at the right time for seasonal hires. There is an application you can access online or get in store then you drop it off with a manager. Then you get called if they are interested and you meet with general manager, honestly an easy interview process if you are relatively outgoing and can hold a conversation. They don't expect much experience and are looking for more qualities like hardworking, good, honest people. They have very loyal employees and tight knit group.
