2 part process, Zoom interview with the hiring team and then an in person interview with the attorney team. They followed up via email both times. The turn around was decently quick and they are extremely communicative and friendly. Great place to interview with and work at!

30 minute interview speaking about the role and the job itself. They asked about my experience and how I'd contribute to the team. Somewhat formal. I'd recommend wearing something nice as it is on Zoom.
