First call was with the recruiter and they were nice. Very conversational and focus was on my experience and how that aligns with their plans for the SDR team. Next call with the Hiring Manager did not meet my expectations. They came late, were switched off (doing other things in the background) and had zero interest in building rapport or doing any small talk. Instead it became a interregation type Interview. The Hiring Manger did not give the impression they spent any time reviewing my experience (I have over 5 years experience managing SDR teams and over 12 years sales experience) which was disappointing. Shame as I had high hope after my first call with the recruiter.
