Two persons conducted interview. Questions were stated to be the same for every candidate. They were very cookie-cutter. Interview lasted over an hour. There was supposed to be an initial meeting with the HR manager but they were unavailable so I was given over to another person.

I met IT Services Manager at a local coffee shop as there was construction at the library. We talked for about an hour. It was a lot of standard questions but he was very friendly and we talked around them more than just answering the question and moving on. He did allow a time after we finished his questions for me to ask questions of him, but we'd already talked around so many things there wasn't much need. The overall feel was more of a general coffee date than that of a high pressure interview. After we finished talking at the coffee shop we went back to the library to meet the head of HR. No tech questions were asked, this was more of a meet and greet than anything.
