Basic. Really basic. No ID test. Just one intial HR round, two leadership interviews, and salary negotiation. I was extremely surprised at how simple it was. I directly had one discussion each with two business leaders. One leader had a follow-up session with me where they discussed my "evolving role". I was definitely impressed with the CLIO round though, as she is a visionary leader and thinker in every sense of these words, and our conversation was quite though-provoking. But ultimately the company ended up disappointing me with its complete lack of vision, operational inadequacies and I left after a few months.
An interview SHOULD be challenging. It demonstrates that a company is serious, selective, and smart about who they hire, and why.

Technical Round:
This round focused on analytical thinking and domain knowledge. I was asked to walk through how I approach data gathering, threat intelligence (if relevant), report writing, and source validation. They also gave a small case scenario to assess my ability to analyze information and present findings concisely.
