It was a one-on-one interview with associate director level member of staff. The interview was undertaken in their head office in a company meeting room. In the interview I was asked about my previous experience, reason for looking for a new job and I was given a short skills test (without warning). The interview felt casual enough and not threatening at all. At the time they were short of staff and needed someone relatively quickly, so the interview process was not drawn out to a second interview (although I now understand this to be unusual). I was offered the job later on that day.
