They need bodies: just have all your documents. They are always advertising on Craigslist and other free sites. You will go in and be put through the process, but they will hire you. Don't worry about speaking good English, or having lots of experience.

Please sign this (illegal) contract
If they are sill using the 90 day quit contract that retroactively lowers your wages, this is illegal. Once you agree to a wage, they can NOT go back and lower paid work.

Entrevista
The process was straightforward. There was a written application and then an in-person interview where they ask you a lot of questions about your experience and your personality. They really emphasize personality fits to make sure that their clients get the best care and that you would actually enjoy working there and do good work.
