I applied online. I interviewed in person with the store director. It took 3 weeks for them to let me know they filled all full time positions for what I applied for and didn’t consider me, and passed over me to other people.
The interview while very straight forward and quick, wasn’t the most professional. Was bothered by other workers problem and have a shared office with many people around you. They use more texting then actually phone calls for the purpose and hr can be very hard to get ahold of.
It was very easy. Everyone was laid back and very nice. It was a comfortable environment. I was hired on the spot. It was also very hard to leave the job.
