It was a straightforward process. I had initial phone screen with the recruiter who was very approachable. Resume was shared with hiring manager and then a video interview was scheduled within 2 weeks.

Initial recruiter was open and informative. Questions were more focused on salary expectations, high level background and experience, why I was interested. Hiring Manager asked for examples to uncover thinking and experience. Example: types of campaigns run, comfort with presenting results and insights.
