I went through 3 steps to join Grand Hyatt. Because I applied Grand Hyatt in another country. So I got another step to interview with a recruiter. and In my case, In the 2nd steps, one of the excutives came to visit my country to proceed some interviews. I guess one thing definitely sure is 'Skype' Interview would be the most important in those steps.
