Applied online, received a phone call to apply in person, then followed up with an interview with assistant manager, then another interview with the general manager. The interviews were less than ten minutes, the second one being the shortest (by this point they have an idea whether or not you are being hired, typically you are an ideal candidate if you meet the general manager)
