Process timeline: Interview with the Area General Manager (up to 3 rounds), emotional testing, skills/accounting testing, IQ testing (not too much depth), in-person/phone/Skype interview with Regional Vice President of Operations, offer and negotiation conversation, offer letter, and overall two week process to hiring a candidate, me.

Where do you see the most opportunity to control the bottom line when you know you're going to miss top line?
It was a very easy interview. We discussed past positions and successes at each positions. We also discussed company culture, Balance Score Card, EOS, Rev Par Index, Flow through, forecast accuracy and GOP.
