The interview process consisted of several stages and lasted for 45 minutes. It began with a "mise en situation" or situational assessment, where I was presented with a scenario relevant to the role I was applying for. This aimed to gauge how I would handle real-life situations and make decisions on the spot. Following the situational assessment, the interviewer posed six different questions that covered a range of topics, such as my relevant experience, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and alignment with the company's values. These questions likely aimed to assess both my technical qualifications and my interpersonal skills. After the question round, the next step involved a technical test. This test was likely designed to evaluate my practical skills and knowledge in a more hands-on manner. Depending on the nature of the role, this could involve coding challenges, problem-solving exercises, or other tasks directly related to the position.

Two interviews took place. The first was with the two managers. Mainly the most senior asked questions. Then I had an other interview with these two managers and someone from human resources. First the questions were technical, then about my other jobs and at the end more about myself.
