You must apply online. (it is OnBase). There is a poem requirement which is a litmus test. Interviews are initially done via phone followed by onsite. Sales are sked to present on what they know to demonstrate presentation skills.

Brought me in for multiple interviews… Asked questions like:
Are you happy right now?
How do you measure success?
Just a very peculiar interview. Questions were very random and didn’t necessarily pertain to the role I was interviewing for.
The questions asked are pretty standard and typical of a sales interview with a couple of follow up questions. Just have to be confident and know what you're saying.

Phone interview, then onsite interview. I met briefly with the recruiter. Then I met with the VP and Director. Prior to the interview, the provided a very broad subject for me to give a presentation.
