The manager was professional but also casual. I get really nervous during interviews so the relaxed feeling helped me to feel more comfortable. She explained a lot about the job expectations, the work environment, and the values of the kennel. I didn't have any questions left to ask at the end of the interview, but it was nice how transparent they are upfront.
