Technical interview includes questions about basic CS knowledge and questions related to the position applied.
Programming assignment varies. For me, it was a system engineering task.
The interview doesn't seem to involve anyone but one person. The assignment was super long and seemed like they were trying to just use my code, because I coded literally hundreds of lines of codes for creating a connector for HFT, but got rejected.
