I applied online approximately two weeks later I was invited to first stage Zoom interview. Fairly straight forward friendly interview. I was shortlisted to 2nd stage face to face (F2F) interview three weeks later. F2F was panel interview format, good cop and bad cop, BBC apprentice like! In the meantime I was sent link to take psychometic test, quite tough particularly when taken without practice! I must say HR team were very supportive as I just suffered bereavement

Took a long time to receive offer Process was fair, but multiple stages Involved very challenging psychometric testing and a behavioural questionnaire. The Psychometric testing was very difficult but seemingly had a low benchmark.
