First round with HR and the second round was supposed to be with the hiring manager. Turned out that the hiring manager was not free and someone from the development team took the interview. Was a remote interview via Google Meets and the interviewer was walking around with headphones most of the time.

Entrevista
Introduced by a headhunter. Went only so far with the hiring manager in charge of product at MoneyHero in Hong Kong, on a rushed phone interview.
- The hiring manager was late by 15 minutes and made no apologies. The hiring manager said she'd had to cut the interview short to 10-15 minutes.
- The hiring manager asked only one question (walk me through your CV), and asked me if I had any questions.
- When I asked about what type of projects she was hiring for, she refused to share ANY details because the projects are ALL sensitive.
- When I asked about what type of personality traits she consider successful at the company, she suggested I go back to the JD to learn more before asking these type of questions.
Obviously, this was a disastrous interview. I asked for feedback afterwards and was told only that the company was actually not hiring for this position.
Given the disrespect the company (or in particular the hiring manager) shows to potential candidates, the way the interview was conducted, and how easily they were willing to waste everyone's time, I suggest anyone considering applying to this company to reconsider thoroughly.
