Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Hypori em abr. de 2025
Entrevista
I applied for the Sales Operations Manager at Hypori and was quickly scheduled for a call with the hiring manager, who explained they were moving fast and had a structured interview process: an initial conversation with him, followed by one with HR, and three with department leaders.
After completing those five interviews, I received an email titled “Final Interview with Hypori” and was told I was the first candidate to reach the final round. At that point, two more interviews were added—one technical round with the hiring manager and another with an executive.
Shortly afterward, I was asked to schedule an eighth interview with another executive. I agreed and confirmed a time. That same week, the hiring manager reached out again to schedule a ninth interview—our third conversation. I provided availability, but never received a follow-up. A few days later, I was eventually sent a rejection email from HR.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, and the company appears to be doing meaningful work. Still, what began as a well-structured process became increasingly unclear, with four unexpected interviews added and communication tapering off at the end. A more consistent and transparent approach would help create a better candidate experience.

Reporting is one of the key priorities for the role. Even providing table stakes sales metrics is a challenge, how do you plan to own and move us forward in stabilizing the descriptive analytics (“the what”) and moving us to diagnostic analytics (“the why”?
We do not truly have a Deal Desk function today; we are scraping by on committee. What is your POV on how to take small chunks out of this huge problem or what information do you need to form a POV?
