It was quite simple, with a short personal statement and an assesment centre. The assesment centre was basically awful: 1. They tell you to leave half way through 2. No feedback is provided. So travelling 5 hours away from myself and then getting no feedback as to why I did not progress which is awful you need to tell candidates why they have not progressed.
