Initial phone interview with HR recruiter, 2nd sourcing test, 3rd team lead about the process and achievements. 4th Manager - numbers and achievements. it will happen all in 1 days. clearing a interview is very easy over there if have real time experience. Interviewers are friendly and we wont feel that its an interview. Its more of a 1 to 1 discussion. Interview feedback too was immediate. As soon as done with sourcing test, immediate with TL Interview and then with Manager. They too explain about their company and the process they follow to make our self comfort and the role and the company.
