Very process oriented and not responsive to feedback or process steps in how the method of everything is setup in the workspace. Doesn’t seem like the place to grow within

Entrevista
The first round was with HR. It was a screening round.
After that, HR called me to setup the next round. I asked about the format or some pointers to know the process, but HR said it would be technical. And I got no more information from them.
The second round was with 2 senior members. The questions were good. Some were about my experience, and there were a few technical questions on their end about c#, Angular, and database related. At last, they gave me a Leetcode Type question and asked me to explain the algorithm. I was able to explain the Brute force approach, thought I also mentioned that it's not an optimal solution.
I would say that interviewers should have a format and they should provide more information on the process.
