The interview with the CEO David Haylor was genuinely the worst interview I have ever had.. First red flag, the recruitment agency that sent me to the interview warned me that he is rude/hostile? In what professional world you have to be warned about an interview I do not know. He was rude from the offset and told me I don’t deserve a job in recruiting (which is interesting, because everyone I know who works in recruiting hates their job).. cold calling and no actual change of the £40k commission they preach about. I have a great job now with a great company and I’m so glad I didn’t fall down this path.
