Friendly, professional and effective interview. Focused on technical competence, personality and team work. Presentation of my experiences and description of educational background.Interview had technical part and soft skills part. In addition work environment and company has been introduced to me.

The interview process has been straightforward, albeit long. It took about a month between my application and the first phone call. I than had a first interview with HR, followed by a technical test (Java, C++). A final interview has then been scheduled with the head of the team I applied for, which was more a presentation than a test.
