They have a pool of people to interview from. They ask you all the typical questions, discuss benefits and role you will play, and will call you back within a week if you're accepted.
Apply, get contacted within a day or so and interview not short after. Lasts about 15-25 mins and you'll get notified if you got it or not after background check passes.

You will have to go through two interviews before actually being confirmed that you're hired. The time in between the two is not that long though and you will find out if they're interested in you after the first. I remember the second interview was just to get to know better what your schedule looks like so they can put you as full or part time.
