Very easy. Only want customer service. Applied in person and got a call for an interview about a week later. There was two interviews that I had in a day. Got an offer the same day. Started training within two weeks of accepting offer. Training is about 4 weeks with testing. Must pass test to continue with employment.

Interview was done over Microsoft Teams, main concern seemed to be if I was comfortable with a sales goal and canvasing to get new business. They asked about my experience, how I would maintain client relationships, and what my strengths were. They discussed pay. Pay is low, but with opportunity to earn commission.

Sort of long but was enjoyable. Didn't feel that nervous during the interview. Was sort of fun actually! Don't be nervous it is super easy so do not stress. I wish you the best of luck during your interview
