Very long and too many people. First interviewed by phone, then a week later went in for face to face interview. Lasted about 2 hours. Included about 3 people. Just very intimidating and uncomfortable environment for this type of position. They should have more behavioral type of questions.

The hiring manager was very nice and knew what she needed. The next interview was with someone else and went well also, but I think that her involvement with the hiring was minimal. At the last interview, which was supposed to be a formality because the recruiter told me that I had the job already. It was not a formality and I was told that the role would be completely different than what I was told before.
